Dec 4, 2021

1:00 - 5:00 pm

Location: Earthaven Ecovillage at Private Residence

Do you feel disconnected from the wisdom of your menstrual cycle?

Are you experiencing hormonal imbalances?

Do you experience confusion about where you are at in your cycle?

Are you looking for support around deepening your understanding of your body?

Are you a busy mom looking for time for self-care?

This day long Moon & Womb Circle event is a gathering to inspire you to deepen your relationship with your womb and the inner wisdom that’s all there. We will explore our cycles with curiosity to empower ourselves during the portal of our sacred moon time.

Women of all ages and all times of their cycles are welcome including menopausal women. We will be engaging in ritual and tuning into the ways in which we honor our blood and ancestors. In honoring our blood, we are rooted in our sovereignty and our connection to the earth, and all the women who came before us.

Highlights of Catch the Moon:

  • Snacking on decadent treats and tea

  • Engaging in Ritual, sharing and song circle

  • Handcrafting a cloth menstrual pad

  • Learning the basics of self-womb massage

  • Discussing women’s health and self-care
