Fertility Awareness demystified
In this month's circle we will focus on the life changing practice of Fertility Awareness!
We will start the circle with sacred smoke cleansing, prayer, song and have time for each woman to share what's on her heart.
We will discuss the anatomy of the menstrual cycle and demystify the signs that your body is showing you each cycle.
What is cervical fluid, how can I tell when I’m fertile and what is a luteal phase? If these are some of your burning questions, they will be answered here.
We will end with some time for integration and celebrations.

The womb is our seat of creation, it tethers us backwards and forwards in time through each of our ancestors and the legacies we weave in our lifetime.
In this month's circle we will focus on womb health!
We will start the circle with prayer and song, have time for each woman to share what's on her heart and then I will guide you in a self womb massage ritual, teaching you ways to read your bodies signs in regards to your womb health. We will end with some time for integration and celebrations.
