Have you ever wanted to catch your menstrual blood in a sustainable way?

Are you tired of throwing your menstrual products down the toilet or into the garbage and not knowing where they end up?

Your blood is sacred and it’s time that it’s honored.

In this 3 hour circle we will create sacred space to share about all things related to menstruation, honor our wild and wise bodies and sew a cloth menstrual pad by hand.

You will leave this circle feeling empowered to:

• ritually offer your blood back to the earth

• create your own cloth menstrual products with materials you probably already have on hand

• cultivate reverence to your sacred female body

• join the sisterhood of women reclaiming sovereignty around womb wellness and body literacy
